Returns & Exchanges

At STATE Bags, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select the items you are returning and download your prepaid UPS shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Securely pack your unused items in the original packaging and affix the printed return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
