What is the STATE Bags mission?
For every STATE bag purchased, we support American children and families in need in the ways they need it most—from donating fully-packed backpacks to funding special projects.
How do I clean my STATE bag?
Most of our bags can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. We do not recommend machine washing as it can damage the specialized fabrics and hardware.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. We offer a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. If you have opted for personalization, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your unique bag to be crafted.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our global community soon.
